@Gloria a high impact leader can set personal purpose against the company purpose by considering what the company offers, objectives of the company against your personal purpose.. What do you want to offer to the company, what do you want to earn from the company and does your vision go along with that of the company? I think those are the things to consider

@khadijaabdalah I think in the aspect of you as a an employee, the only thing you should do is making sure you do what’s right at the right time, otherwise you are not at the noble position where you are in the position to give a piece of an advice to the top leaders or if you think you have one of the top leaders who you think can listen to you, you may sit down and talk about it and you can express your views and thoughts

values are an essential part of setting an intention to find my life purpose. Values guide my behaviors, decisions, and actions. When I know what’s important to me, I can live in alignment with those values. This leads to greater fulfillment, clarity and self-awareness. Some of core value there are teamwork, uniqueness, self-reliance, self-actualization, learning, leadership, flexibility, hard work, enthusiasm, aunthenticity and assertiveness.
Purpose based leadership is more important in high impact leadership because
Leadership is less about analytics and much more about aligning, motivating, and inspiring others. It is empowering people so that their decisions and actions align with the organization’s overall values and strategy. Effective leadership begins with purpose.Purpose is the “why” of the organization. Its companion, vision, is the “what” – a picture of what the organization will look like when purpose is realized.

Based on my experience with leaders around my previous work, I can attest to the power of purpose-based leadership,When employees have a strong sense of purpose, they know that what they do really matters to the organization,to its customers and clients,to society, and even the world at large. Empowered and aligned, they become more engaged. Also
Purpose fosters authentic leadership. Purpose-based leadership grounds the leader and his or her vision in the greater good of the organization and its stakeholder.

There’s a big value to have a clear personal purpose, a purpose that has no ambiguous in serving for both of you and the company.. For example as a high impact leader I currently serve for the company that wants me to reach their maximum target of their clients while my personal purpose is to make sure that I interact with them and talk to them and make sure they understand the importance of the service the company is providing to them as well as ensuring that they stay in the service.. In the matter of fact that I see some of the clients do not have a clear understanding of why they are advised to attend their scheduled clinics.

Dear@khadija nothing you can do than resign because what I see is there is clash of idea between top managers in the organisation also top managers are inauthentic leaders they are more talking than listening their employees, they preach work-life balance but they don’t have it his/her self . Therefore only top management they can’t make decisions for the future of organization without including employees to do that it’s means employees they work without direction, alignment and commitment that is to bad and it’s can cause a company to collapse
