What action will you take to solve the problem facing in organization and some leader are looking at the company going to collapse and at that time you love your job?
October 12, 2022 at 2:08 pm #1631bhiliadminKeymasterDear@khadija in any problem solving first your suppose to know the source of the problem before you make a decision,in the issues of company going to collapse this situation can be handled by top leaders it’s very rarely an employee to handle this situation according to leadership concept a leader he/she show the road of a company where we come from and where we are going so that if a leader didn’t make a good direction, alignment and commitment to the company it’s easy to a company to collapse
October 12, 2022 at 6:18 pm #1632bhiliadminKeymasterWhat value is help to have clear personal purpose?
October 13, 2022 at 7:27 am #1633bhiliadminKeymasterGlory, the source I know but how can explain in management and did management can agree with you that is problem my dear in these organization the top level does not trust the colleagues and they know he/she doesn’t contribution in company.
October 13, 2022 at 8:23 am #1634bhiliadminKeymasterGlory,core values inform your thoughts decision, and action and help you align your career or life path to what’s important to you and also every one has value, but each person has different values set, are affected by individual culture, life experience and arrange of other influence.
October 13, 2022 at 4:23 pm #1635bhiliadminKeymasterDear@khadija nothing you can do than resign because what I see is there is clash of idea between top managers in the organisation also top managers are inauthentic leaders they are more talking than listening their employees, they preach work-life balance but they don’t have it his/her self . Therefore only top management they can’t make decisions for the future of organization without including employees to do that it’s means employees they work without direction, alignment and commitment that is to bad and it’s can cause a company to collapse
October 13, 2022 at 4:32 pm #1636bhiliadminKeymasterDear@Khajida the most important issues your suppose to know is how your personal purpose aligned with the organisation purpose this will help you to inspired and motivated yourself and make a positive impact in your work life and make a great fullfillmment.
October 15, 2022 at 6:17 am #1645bhiliadminKeymaster@khadijaabdalah I think in the aspect of you as a an employee, the only thing you should do is making sure you do what’s right at the right time, otherwise you are not at the noble position where you are in the position to give a piece of an advice to the top leaders or if you think you have one of the top leaders who you think can listen to you, you may sit down and talk about it and you can express your views and thoughts

October 15, 2022 at 11:32 am #1681bhiliadminKeymasterIf you don’t know where you are going any road can take you there.. How can we relate this to Purpose based leadership? @khadijaabdalah @Godfrey @Gloria
October 15, 2022 at 5:49 pm #1685bhiliadminKeymasterDear@Aleck If you don’t know where you are going any road can take you there this quote is speak about the importance of having a goals, vision or purpose it’s relate to purpose based leadership because purpose based leadership is more concerned on why you do , whatever you do , purpose is the reason behind your action.so that if you don’t have a purpose of your life anything can take you there. There for in the journey of life you have to have a purpose of where you are going.
October 16, 2022 at 3:20 pm #1694bhiliadminKeymasterHallow @Aleck, @Khadija and @Glory. Good discussion goimg on. I didnt see you discussi g my question.
Any way regarding the subject matter from Khadija, I would offer the following advice.
1. Make personal assesment if you are in position to rescure the company interms of being trusted and have capabilities to offer advice. If they dont trust you, they will not trust your advice. If they trust you then they are likely to listen to your advice.
2. If they trust you then preparare a paper and talking poings, write them down citing evendence and data of past, present and future as you see it. Explain the causes as you see them and propose solutions as you see them.
3. There are two ways to move forward afer step two. You can present your paper your self to top manager who trusts in you or you can get some body (allie) ho you think is being listened to and ask him or her to send the message on your behalf.
4. Be ready for any outcome being positive or negative. If negative and you are convinced you have a point, revice your paper to improve and strengh your paper on areas they were not convinced (I call this persistence). One motivator lLESS BROWN. Says “ Failure means moving from failure to failure without loosing enthusiasm”. If you are determined to win the battle, dont quit until you have done enough.
@Aleck, @Glory and @Khadija what do you think?
October 19, 2022 at 8:36 pm #1715bhiliadminKeymasterI think all suggestions was good and it’s can help clearly
