From the session we had, I can say planning is the important part. Planning paves the waywhich you will navigate throughout the whole duration of project management. Also during planning you will set clear project objectives, assess the risks and allocate resources for the project to run smoothly.
@peter_bujari I am currently working on USAID Afya Yangu Project in Geita. In my project, I have achieved increase of people reached by Community health workers I oversee from 2900 upto 5000 and counting. I am currently anticipating people who will be reached in the next month to be more than 6000 people. regardless of the desirable results we also put effort in to providing quality results for the project.
