The RBM course encourages collaboration and team work, so in this case a leader must understand he/she cant work alone. When a leader involves others it creates a sense of ownership in the team and this can contribute to reach the intended goal.
An example of a result that I have achieved in my job is making the 3 families I monitored for the past three months to have transparency concerning their HIV status among themselves and the bond between parents and children increased. Parents were able to know the dreams of their children and supported them.
