    History of your life style-leader as leader if people accept you to select to be a leader must look a historical background of your life and then you access you if you fit to be a leader you can select and also if you haven’t a bad behavior like thief or anything you can disappointed to select to be a leader.
    Knowledge and skills- if support to be a leader this things we check if you have enough knowledge which support to understand and evaluated and resolve the problem which occur infront of you without hurt any one and how can support your organization to focus in development.
    Language- language is the best way communication how introduce to people how can communicate with people these can access you and support you to people to select and understand you for comunicate to using good language and polite language to people or organization.
    Participation to people (group, meeting)-if you participate with people for the aim of learn to increase your skills and add something for people to perform well in organization.
    Behavior- if you select and confirmed to other must behavior well to people who surrounding infront of others and people learn more from you.
    Qualification to be leader – example if you be a leader must be qualified some section, education, cooperation and work performance if you done well for the must select and you convince people to accept you in the organization.

    From my understanding Leadership happens in the interactions and exchanges among people with shared work,leadership can happening in the
    teams, workgroups, task forces, divisions, communities and whole organizations. Leadership can be happening across a teams, levels, and functions.Whether within a team, workgroup, task force, division, department, community, or an entire organization, there must be a clear sense of shared direction, alignment, and commitment. The group needs agreement about its direction and what they are trying to accomplish together; they must have alignment for effective coordination of the work in service of their shared direction; and members with commitment prioritize the success of the collective.
    These three outcomes—direction, alignment, and commitment (DAC for short) make it possible for individuals
    to work together willingly and effectively to realize collective achievements. So when I say making leadership
    happen, I mean making direction, alignment, and commitment happen. Therefore, I think the only way to know
    if leadership has happened is to look for the presence of three outcomes.

    From my understanding, leadership happens at different levels,it may start at individual level, group, task force or even at organization and this basically happens due to the interaction and exchanges among people with shared goals… For example the interaction between employees and their managers, the interaction between the team members and so many different levels but all these cant happen without Direction, Allignment and commitment at all levels.

    Dear students. I see the level of discussion is not adequate. Note that discussion gives you 20 points meaning you must discuss at minimum four times. I did say you as you discuss, hou can agree or disagree with a collegue. To do this you must read whT hour collegue wrote. I see many of you dont refer to collegue discussion. Thats wrong!.

    @Khadija your notes are off the point. Please read thd notes again.@Glory and @Aleck you make good reference, but shallow discussion. @Godfrey I dont see you discussing at all. Whats wrong.

    @Glory asks a question and no body responds to her question, I expect each to attempt responding to such a question. Thats the only way to assess hour self. Otherwise you think hou know, while ypu actually dont. So @Glory Leadefship brand is personalized type of leadership, when you say personal it means you have personalized to your self. Personal brand can mean many fhings, it can be your brand in business, in speaking, in writing etc.

    Just to remind you that module two closes tomorrow and I see the highest has done 60%. Pleasd leg me know if you have any problem

    @Gloria personal brand and leadership brand are two different things, when you say leadership brand is your own way or your uniqueness in ways you use to lead as a leader, but personal brand as our chief tutor explained above that it could either be a brand in business or something else… I saw your question that can you use your personal brand to build your leadership brand? I can say you can do the vice versa though. You can use your leadership brand to build your personal brand instead

    Dear@khadijaabdallah I am disagree with you on your comment about how leadership happen
    according to discovering your self as a leader please refer module 2.4 leadership brand explain well leadership happen through three outcomes that are direction, alignment and commitment.
    The Direction, Alignment, and Commitment (DAC) model moves beyond leaders, followers,
    and shared goals with the revolutionary idea that leadership happens when a group of people
    are producing direction, alignment, and commitment.
    In groups with strong direction, each member agree on what should be done aiming to accomplish together. example in our course all students and our chief tutorial we agree together on what should we done to ensure all students understand what chief tutorial expecting to accomplish together also we have a clear vision of what the group needs to achieve in future.that means we have stronger direction

    In group with stronger alignment, everyone is clear about other’s role and responsibilities although individual take on different task in the group, our combined work fits together.

    In group with strong commitment, people give the extra effort needed for the group to succeed and we trust each other to accomplish work of the group example in our course our fellow students Godfrey put the extra effort to record our conversation with chief tutorial when he explain what should we done in our competency activities that help us to accomplish our work clearly.
