Ethical leadership failure occur when leader pay no heed to the fact that their behavior is will within the scope of a requirement that applies to the rest of us.it include individual causes and organisation causes,there some leader are selfishness in the place of development example lack of positive role models in private sector are the leader need to find different way to expand our business does not sharing the ideas to get the more customers, increase the source of income that are different of some other organisation and public sector their structure and method are not different so it cause the organization can fail and leader have no any other ideas be cause we using the only system every day that are not a positive way to develop and leader he/she believes in what we doing.
