Dear @Gloria, @Khadija, @Aleck I have read your discussion. I think you are all making points, but in simple terms the major difference between contemporary leadership and High Impacts Leadership is that the later invests and develops the leader him/her self, while the former focusses on investing in people being lead. Please review your notes again.
