Any way regarding the subject matter from Khadija, I would offer the following advice.

1. Make personal assesment if you are in position to rescure the company interms of being trusted and have capabilities to offer advice. If they dont trust you, they will not trust your advice. If they trust you then they are likely to listen to your advice.

2. If they trust you then preparare a paper and talking poings, write them down citing evendence and data of past, present and future as you see it. Explain the causes as you see them and propose solutions as you see them.

3. There are two ways to move forward afer step two. You can present your paper your self to top manager who trusts in you or you can get some body (allie) ho you think is being listened to and ask him or her to send the message on your behalf.

4. Be ready for any outcome being positive or negative. If negative and you are convinced you have a point, revice your paper to improve and strengh your paper on areas they were not convinced (I call this persistence). One motivator lLESS BROWN. Says “ Failure means moving from failure to failure without loosing enthusiasm”. If you are determined to win the battle, dont quit until you have done enough.

1. Help in setting goals and differentiate them with the purpose as goals exist to serve a leader’s purpose while purpose is the reason we exist.
2. Clarity helps a leader to draw things which are needed in life and help connect with like-minded people who will help amplify a leaders potential.
3. By having a purpose a leader can focus on things that matters the most in accomplishing his/her goal and avoid distractions and overcome challenges along the process.
4. A clear purpose helps to identify a leader’s passion and this increases the drive to achieve his/her goals.
5. Living and acting with integrity is a product of having a clear personal purpose. Clear purpose makes it easier to live according to the core values you have set as a leader.

Purpose is the driving force behind leader’s actions and it guides towards the goals that he/she has set. The purpose gives a leader clarity and help him/her to focus on the goal by helping him/her avoid distractions which might slow him/her down. Clear purpose also help a leader to connect with like-minded people and amplify his/her potential. Clear purpose reflects a leader’s value which helps him/her to know if he/she is in a right path.

Purpose based leadership is important in High Impact Leadership because it helps leaders understand their leadership purpose. Through this leaders can be motivated and hence influence others.
It is also used by High Impact Leaders to help colleagues to discover their purpose. Having influence other to discover their purpose will lead to them aligning their personal purpose to that of the company.
