Today I was checking in Dr. Bujari’s biography and I found that he prefers servant theory of leadership throughout his career of leadership.

Contingency leadership Theory acknowledges that there is no single best approach to leadership, it attempts to identify the style of leadership that works best in each different type of Situation, Changing leadership styles to suit particular situations involves.
While Servant leadership occurs when the leader’s main goal and responsibility is to provide service to their people.
Due to this any leadership style it’s been the way it is because of the situation occur so that according to contingency theory servant leadership occur because of Situation.

For example, I want to lead a group of individuals because I heard that they are about to be offered either loans so that I earn them first… This is very contrary to servant theory

It is when you as a leader feel more giving than receiving. Some leaders prefer to gai than to give, this is contrary to servant leadership. You will learn more in module 2 when you assess your personality.
