Welcome to Bujari high impact leadership institute. A high impact leadership course offered at BHILI is composed of ten modules outlined below. A High Impact Leader is advised to study all modules as they build on one another. Once you graduate at BHILI, you will enter a one year mentoring program where you will have opportunity to reach out to your assigned success advisor to mentor you. Once you complete the course, you will be enrolled in a BHILI alumni where you learn from colleagues and contribute your ideas.

BHILI001C: LEADESHIP AS A CONCEPT
In this module, you will learn and appreciate that you are a leader at your personal (micro level) and specifically you will focus on transitional and servant leadership types. You will learn team (meso level) and corporate (Macro level). You will learn and practice reflective adaptability to align business purpose to positive societal development outcomes. You will appreciate and practice three elements that underpin HIL that are Thinking, Values and Practice

BHILI002C: DISCOVER YOUR SELF AS A LEADER
In this module, you will have opportunity to explore your leadership traits and potential. Among others you will assess your personalities using at Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) at https://www.16personalities.com/ and your tutor will help you to understand your personality and how that relates to High Impact Leadership. You will be supported to navigate though your areas of development to be a High Impact Leader.

BHILI003C: PURPOSE BASED LEADERSHIP
In this module, you will explore the purpose behind your leadership and how purpose Based Leadership entails aligning organizational strategy and actions with delivering positive outcomes for society. You will learn and appreciate Mark Twain statement that “Two most important days are day you were born and day you know why”. You will be supported to articulate your leadership purpose and finding courage to live it.

BHILI004C: VAUE BASED LEADERSHIP
In this module, you will appreciate that Value Based Leadership is based on the fact that a leader needs to gain and maintain trust among people he/she is leading and so values shorthand method of describing what is important individually and collectively. You will learn four principles of value-based leadership which are self-reflection, balance, true self-confidence, and genuine humility. Your tutor will support you to articulate your own values and develop strategies to uphold them to be a HIL

BHILI005C: SYSTEM BASED THINKING
In this module you will appreciate that the world is full of complex relationship and interrelationship where various components affect each other in multiple ways and so linear thinking may only solve symptoms than actual problems. You will learn how persistence and curiosity are important in system thinking i.e asking, “Is it a problem or a symptom?”. You will learn eight principles to gauge if you are dealing with symptoms or real problem. Before you work on personal project on system thinking, you will learn and appreciate ten enemies of system thinking.

BHILI006C: INNOVATIVE MIND OF HIGH IMPACT LEADER
Here you will develop and refine your self-awareness, empathy, openness, ability to develop trust and respect for difference and finally develop thinking skills (linked to Module 5) that are necessary to navigate through Volatile, Unpredictable, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) situations. You will appreciate values of ambitions, tenacity, Desire for Return on Investment, soul searching, commitment to self-improvement in leadership mindset. Finally you will learn how to build personal and collective resilience.

BHILI007C: FOURTH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION LEADERS
Building on Module 6, you will learn and appreciate that due to globalization, nations, organizations and individuals are more connected than ever before and so the need to have leaders who can navigate complex challenges to create a better future. You will learn levels of innovation, types of innovators, how to identify challenges to innovation and finally challenges and enablers to innovator. You will learn and practice innovation in business models and managing unprecedented changes driven by technologies and growing need for resources in keeping up with rapidly growing population.

BHILI008C: HARNESING VALUES OTHERS BRINGS
Building on Module 1, you will learn important attribute of HIL of putting values on others and people you lead. You will learn importance of collaborative leadership and surrounding yourself with people who think different from you. You will appreciate that networking is like creating a fabric of personal contacts to provide support insight and resources. You will learn types of networking, skills and tips to begin creating networks. Linking to Module 9, you will learn and practice digital presence.

BHILI009C: BUILDING YOUR PRESENCE
In this module you will learn how to transform your impulses into insights, articulate them and act on them in a way that fulfills your purpose and builds the relationships you need. You will learn and practice to communicate what needs to be said in a way that inspires people. Among others, you will learn ten principles that helps you to establish and sustain your unique authentic leadership presence. Finally you will learn strategies to build your physical and online presence to make impact.

BHILI010: COMMUNICATION FOR INFLUENCE
In this module, you will move from communication skills to communication for influence, persuasive communication, story telling and creating narrative. You will learn and practice how to create titles that engineer curiosity, Six steps to create your presence, how to make memorable presentation and putting human face behind numbers to make human connections.
